This wonderful antique shopping tour is the
newest idea from Snider Plaza Antique Shops of Dallas, in order to better serve their
customers and friends . Along with Martha and Allan Woodcook, the
proprietors of the shops , are Ginny and Giancarlo Michelli, who reside
in Rome, Italy and Dallas, Texas. These four people, with their expertise, will lead
this tour from the beginning to the end.
Martha and Allan have been working together for many years. They were among the first in Dallas to have the idea of an antique mall, plus adding the convenience of postal service and a gift shop. The shop is in the Snider Plaza Shopping Center across from Southern Methodist University, all of which are located in University Park. Martha and Allan have had a long interest in antiques and because of their business have developed knowledge in many different areas. Martha and Allan will lead the tour to Italy. Phone us at |
Giancarlo has lived in Rome all of his life. Not only does his family date back to the 1200s, but it is a noble family, giving Giancarlo the title of Count. As most Italians are, he is well versed in the history and culture of his country.
Along with his wife, Ginny (a native Dallasite), they have a shop at Snider Plaza Antique Shops and Ginny also buys antiques for a major department store. Ginny and Giancarlo, together with their vast experience in antiquing in Italy and knowledge of the local language, will lead this tour in Italy. |
