VIVEANO LOPEZ, painter who worked in San Antonio in the 1930's. He probably knew Porfirio Salinas and Robert Wood and perhaps worked with them.  He exhibited in the San Antonio Local Artists Exhibition, 1936 and is included in the Dictionary of Texas Artists, 1800-1945.

"Shrimp Boat"
WILLIAM C. ELLIOTT, was born in Sedalia, Missouri 1909, moved to Dallas when young, educated at John Tarlton Agricultural College and studied at the Dallas Art Institute under Ruby Stone and Olin Travis.
His painting and drawing of African Americans won him the "most recognition depicting the life of the southern black in various locales".
Early exhibitions include Dallas Art Institute, Texas State Fair, Southern States Art League and the New York Water Color Club.
